Minimum Layover Time
To be eligible for Discover Qatar transit tours, your layover must be at least 8 hours long. However, some specific tours may have slightly different minimum duration requirements. Double-check that your layover allows adequate time when making your reservation.
Advance Booking
You can conveniently book your transit tour online up to 48 hours before your arrival in Doha. Upon landing, head straight to the Discover Qatar desk at Hamad International Airport a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled tour departure.
On-Site Bookings
Prefer to book on arrival? No problem! Visit the Discover Qatar desk, situated in the Duty Free Plaza South behind the A&B concourse escalators. On-site bookings can be made up until 2 hours before the tour commences, subject to seat availability.
Tour Policies
Please note that any modifications to the tour duration, additional service requests, or amendments cannot be accommodated on the day of the tour. The designated pick-up and drop-off times and locations are also fixed.
To ensure a smooth journey, it’s recommended to select tours that conclude at least 2 hours before your next flight’s departure. Keep in mind that Discover Qatar and Qatar Airways cannot be held responsible for any delays during immigration or security procedures that may impact your onward travel plans.
